Holiday Over, Term2 started.

1st class , 1st day of term2.

Kitchen, Applied Tech.

Chef said we will b cooking for the guest tmr!!

we were like WHAT?! but were excited for it... since is our 1st time too~

and for me ... i duno i should b happy or sad or wtv..

2 type of fish :Flat Fish and Round Fish.

and and and.....

"Astro will b coming ! " Which is today 20th July.

They just record the service at truffles restaurant . not truffle's kitchen.. *lucky lucky* =D

Culinary Practical Class at 8.30am.... wake up at 5.10am to get ready.

Off to college at 6.50am..... * sleepy, tired... as usual~ *

8+ am in the Truffle's Kitchen. waiting for Chef for briefing.

1st time cooking for guests..... *nervous*DH36.G1 F&B class. Their 1st time serving guests too~DH36.G3. Ready and waiting for chef~Me , Renee, Kai Wen and Adam LimNever take pics during the process. were rushing and hands were oily... Busy busy busy~

just so u know, i cut and burn my hand... agn but just a little bit..

small matter, getting used to it =D

Get Complain, but its ok =)

Next, Class finish at 2pm.

We were discussing whr to go... bcoz class end earli....

end up going Old Town wit kaiwen. just the 2 of us.
Reach home around 4.45pm.
Tired! but still have mood to take pic.
